Do you have this product in stock?
We are still settling into our new website home and stock quantities are not yet 100% accurate. If you place an order we will let you know within 24 hours if we have to order in any parts and what the estimated time of arrival will be.
The best thing to do is call us on (08) 8211 8661, or you can email [email protected] and we will let you know what we have in stock. 
Alternatively we are also contactable through our Facebook and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I have a discount if I order many items at once?
Allneeds Computers currently do not offer discounts or loyalty incentives, but we do continue to offer our best service, support, and competitive pricing in the computing industry. We hire the best people to help customers like you, perhaps a year or two from now, when you are looking at a partial or full upgrade, or you simply need to call us to ask us questions. 
Allneeds Computers operate in a very competitive marketplace and we believe our commitment to great customer service and support is what makes us stand out from the rest.

Are the prices on your website current?
The prices listed for each product on our website are the most up to date listing at the time. All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown online and in the most current version of our system priceless supersede all previous versions. We cannot control price increases by our suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct misprints.

Do the prices listed on your website include tax?
All products on our website include 10% GST.

Do you have a pricelist?
We are working on a better version of our printable parts pricelist, however as we have over 1500+ products this has been a challenge. The website is always the most current pricing and is the most reliable when finding out how much an item is.

Can I pick up my order?
You can collect your order in store. We will contact you by email and text message when all parts are here and set aside for you to collect.

How can I pay for my order?
Credit Card - You can pay through the website using our secure credit card payment gateway. There is a 2% surcharge for Visa / MasterCard / Amex, and 5% for Diners.

Payment must be cleared by our bank before we send your order or allow you to collect it, which can take 1-2 business days. Please email or call us and check if you would like to confirm.
EFTPOS / Cash - You can pay in store with cash or by EFTPOS. The same surcharges apply for payments made on Credit. There is no surcharge for Cheque or Savings accounts. Cheque and Savings accounts have a $1000 daily maximum by default, so please check this limit with your bank before coming in store for a large purchase. 

What carriers do you use for shipping?
Depending on your location and the size of the package, we use Australia Post, StarTrack Express and Couriers Please for shipping orders. All orders have a tracking number that is emailed to you when it is about to leave the store.

Can the package be left outside my house?
For your security, the driver will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be dropped off to your nearest post office or depot for collection. You must bring Photo ID with you when collecting your package.

Is it possible for someone else to collect my order?
There is no problem with a third party collecting your order, but they must present a current valid form of photo identification and have the order details with them (order number and name)

Where do you ship to?
We ship our products across Australia only.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We are only able to ship to PO Boxes with Australia Post.

How do you secure private information?
We use a RapidSSL 256 bit encrypted certificate provided by Servers Australia and GeoTrust Inc. We use eWay as our payment gateway who have their own layers of security. At no time do we see your credit card number through these gateways, and it is not stored at all on our servers.

What are your opening hours?
We are open from 9:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 9:30am until 2:00pm on Saturdays. Allneeds is closed on all public holidays.

Where is Allneeds located and how do I get there?
We are located at 342 King William Street, Adelaide SA 5000.

What does ETA mean?
We might have advised that there is no ETA on a product. ETA stands for "Estimated Time of Arrival"..

Why does the website keep rejecting my credit card?
Check that you have entered all of your card details correctly:

The number is correct
The card is valid and has not expired
The billing address matches the address registered for the card
The CVV is also correct
For new cards, check the card has been activated
Also check the following:

That the card has not exceeded its credit limit or daily charge limit
That you are not attempting to purchase using a VPN or somewhere that your IP originates from an overseas destination, your transaction may flag our fraud detectors on the credit card gateway and deny the transaction. If you are using a VPN, disable it and try to process the transaction again.
If you're still unable to pay using your card, please contact your credit provider directly.
