Warranty, Service and Returns

Systems bought from Allneeds Computers are built on site, stress tested and include a 12 month Return To Base warranty (Parts & Labour) and the full manufacturer’s warranty on parts.

Please choose carefully, as refunds and exchanges are not normally provided for a change of mind or incorrect selection.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you suspect that the item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us either in-store, by phone or email with the following information:

  • Your contact details
  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the item (model number, serial number)
  • Description of the issue or fault

You need to prove the item was purchased from Allneeds Computers with a receipt or invoice. If we advise you to bring the item in to us, please bring it in with any accessories. If you are not easily able to bring the item in, we may advise you to post the item back to us. Allneeds Computers will not be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. We will book your warranty claim in and provide you with a reference number that you can use to follow up the progress with us. Please keep this information with your proof of purchase. Once completed, we will call you to arrange the return of your item. 

Any misuse or physical damage found to be caused by the customer will void the warranty. Goods that are not found to be faulty or not covered by warranty will be charged an inspection fee. This fee will be quoted to you when booking in your item. This does not include any return postage costs. Allneeds Computers are not responsible for any data loss.

Please ensure you make a backup of your data.

Returning an item for warranty does not immediately qualify you for a replacement, repair, refund or exchange. Each returned item must be inspected and tested by qualified technicians, which may require the item to be sent to our supplier or the item manufacturer.
